Meet Up Events

New Meet Up Schedules for September:

If you are interested in any of our Meet-Ups, your orders can be placed thru our website. At the delivery method, please select "Pick up" and enter the following information in the box below that indicates "Order Special Instructions" on your cart before clicking on checkout:

  • DATE and TIME:
  • MEET UP City/Location:
  • Time
  • Name of Person Picking Up
  • Phone Number

    NOTE: If you would like to modify your order after purchase, please send an email via our contact form in our website and indicate the order number and the items you would like to add/remove.

    We are allowing a (1) ONE-TIME modification to your orders.

    IMPORTANT DETAILS:

    1. ALL Meet Up Orders placed and paid thru our website will be priority and will be held until the Meet-Up Day of your choice.
    2. Any orders submitted through our Facebook Page will still be honored but will not be a guarantee that your listed items will all be saved.
    3. Please allow ample time for the Meet-Up day.
    4. Arrive on time. We value our clients' time as we value ours.
    5. Our Meet-Up Team will not be responsible for any personal appointments scheduled that coincide with our Meet-Ups. Kindly manage your time efficiently.
    6. All scheduled Meet-Ups may be subjected to changes in venue and/or time due to unforseen events. (e.g. traffic jam on the way, severe weather change)
    7. All sales are FINAL. We are helping our clients save shipping costs from driving to the Meet-Up spots and bringing all our goods from our hub. We kindly recommend that clients place orders that are within their spending limits at the time of the event/s. 
    8. We strictly enforce a no refund, no exchange, and no cancellation policy. Items are checked before packing and rechecked prior to handing over to the clients. Any questions or concerns, please reach out to us via our website and/or our Facebook Messenger.

    Orders can be modified until on or before the Preorder Cut-Off Date.

    We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
