PICK UP

Pick Up Schedule (Pre-order only)- Please wait for confirmation via text message or email when your items are ready to get picked up.

Monday to Thursday: 11am -6pm

Friday to Sunday: Hours Vary

 

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins available via scheduled time and date. Please contact us on our Facebook account or send us an email via the contact form in our website.

 

Frozen Products

ALL shipments including frozen products are inclusive of insulation and ice blocks.

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination (address) and weight of the whole order. All orders will originate from San Gabriel, California.

 

Expired or damage products

In the event that any product we sell are received spoiled and/or damage, we encourage that photos of the box received and items be sent to us via our contact form in our website, Facebook messenger or our email tindahannimangpilo@gmail.com.

We will assist in filing for a claim for you.

 

Damages and Issued to Orders/Parcel


We do not offer refunds for frozen products, baked goods and/or bottled products if items go missing and/or get damaged during shipment.
